I am a wellness oriented, solution focused, Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Florida. I am happy to have the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families facing personal or relationship challenges. Please contact me if you are interested in learning more about my practice.
I appreciate opportunities to assist clients to employ self-affirming thoughts, feelings, and behaviors toward helping them meet and overcome personal and relationship difficulties by doing more of what is already working in their lives. I also have a background in working with clients toward overcoming addictions and dual diagnoses.
I have worked in a variety of behavioral wellness settings as both a therapist and a registered nurse. I also worked as a parenting coach toward assisting parents to set rules and limits for all family members, based on interpersonal respect, love and kindness.
