I have experience with individual therapy, couple's therapy, and group therapy, about all of which I am passionate. I am trained in EMDR and I use a combination of Solution-Focused Therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interview Techniques. For couple's therapy, I am versed in Gottman and the 5 Love Languages.
