As a passionate Behavioral Health professional. My approach is to help you to identify the triggers that keep you oppressed. We don't merely focus on providing substance counseling/rehabilitation. We primarily help you to work thru the pain & triggers; together we explore healthier coping skills that work for your individual needs & lifestyle.
I use an eclectic model, cognitive, humanistic and mindfulness approaches to help you to identify and heal the underlying pain and to facilitate healing and/or coping with foundational tools. We also work on rebuilding you from the inside out; whether it's duel diagnoses, like Bipolar, Schizo spectrum, Anxiety, Trauma, or Depression & substances, I can help!
As we work through the process together, the goal is to assist you build a self-renewing foundation; experience symptom relief; and to improve your overall well-being so that you can find meaning and purpose; as well as reach your personal goals.
