As a Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, I provide compassionate, inclusive support for adults and couples of all genders, orientations, and relationship structures. I offer a safe space for exploring intimacy challenges, desire discrepancies, communication, relational dynamics, and relationship abuse. Together, we'll work towards understanding and healing, fostering growth and connection in your relationships.
I offer sex-positive, supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges related to sex, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational patterns. I draw from Internal Family Systems, Developmental Model of Couples Therapy and Sensate Focus Therapy to help deepen emotional and physical connection.
