My ideal client is someone who is coming to therapy wanting to connect the dots, find answers and understanding, and improve their current life experience. Their issues may focus on anxious feelings, depression, relationship issues, or difficulties with motivation. Their goals may reflect improving their quality of life, finding peace, and utilizing new, healthy coping skills.
I can provide support and understanding. I can assist you in connecting the pieces to a confusing puzzle or determine what some of the biggest barriers may be and how to overcome them. We can discuss how to challenge negative or anxious thinking patterns, rehearse positive self-talk, and build healthy self-esteem.
