I'm Cassie, a licensed clinical social worker, with a decade of experience in mental health. My professional path has led me through various treatment settings, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and facing a myriad of challenges. My objective isn't to "fix" people, but rather to support them in living the lives they desire, however that may look for them. I aim to empower individuals to recognize their own strength and autonomy, making choices aligned with their values. My mission is to assist clients in transitioning from merely surviving to truly thriving in their lives.
Though I'm adept at addressing a broad spectrum of backgrounds and concerns, I hold a particular affinity for assisting individuals in overcoming the aftermath of trauma. I proudly identify as an ally and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, and I've also provided support to veterans and first responders in my practice.
