Hello! I’m Cassie. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and have been working in mental health for around ten years. My journey thus far has taken me through many different treatment settings and with people from all walks of life and all sorts of struggles. My goal is not to “fix” people but help them lead the lives that they wish to—whatever form that takes. I want to help people to recognize their power and to make their own choices. I strive to help my client to go from surviving to living.

I pride myself on creating a nurturing space for my clients to be in. Sometimes as a reprieve from stressors or as an opportunity to experiment and address things that they otherwise would to feel able to. My hope for all of my clients is that they can be in a hard situation but feel secure that they have the skills and support to handle it.
