I work with life challenges of general life transitions, relationships, hating my life disorder, not having enough fun dull-drums, and need to change and don't know how dilemma! *Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional mind/body pain/trauma. It uses bilateral sound and fixed eye positions to release traumatic experiences and symptoms. BSP is especially applicable for treating trauma.
