Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all service! A humanistic approach stresses individual responsibility and awareness of present psychological and physical needs. I utilize an integrated perspective of Cognitive-Behavioral techniques, Gestalt theory, person-centered, and narrative therapy, from a humanistic approach.
I have experience working with children, teens, and adults with a range of concerns including: anxiety, depression, behavioral complaints, mood disorders, relationship issues, autism, self-esteem and acceptance, sexuality, and trauma.
