I am Cassandra Gonzalez and I am a Mental Health Provider working with individuals ranging in age from young children (4+) to adults, who are struggling academically and occupationally with Misophonia, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Autism, Schizoaffective Disorder, and other life stressors. What makes me unique is my specialty in Misophonia and related disorders.
I like to incorporate play, skill building, and family systems training. I also offer services for parents of Misophonia sufferers as there is often stress and secondary anxiety associated with living in a household together and maintaining relationships.
I can help identify gaps in skills, connect with resources, and build a plan that works to integrate you into society in a way that works best for both the individual and school/work. Few therapists in the country are familiar with Misophonia and I have spent the last 8 years staying up to date with advancements. I'm honored by the opportunity to help.
