I work with adults who feel emotionally exhausted from carrying too much for too long. Many of my clients are navigating grief, anxiety, or the quiet identity shifts that come with major life changes.

I like to help my clients slow things down and gently explore what’s underneath the surface. We don't focus on trying to "fix" you, we try to understand you and create goals that better support you. I help clients make sense of their emotions, unlearn patterns that no longer serve them, and reconnect with their inner voice.

Therapy with me is reflective, compassionate, and honest. It’s a space where you can exhale, say the things you’ve been holding back, and feel supported as you rebuild trust in yourself. You don’t need the right words, you just need a willingness to show up as you are.
