I work with adults, teens, and couples with a variety of concerns, but I specialize in highly effective treatments for alcohol and other substance use problems (e.g., nicotine, cannabis, cocaine addiction), OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamy concerns.
My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and empathic. I employ research-backed treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Using these tools, most of my clients see some improvement in 4-6 sessions.
