My goal in working with clients is to provide support, compassion, and accountability as well as to offer resources and tools to empower individuals, increase their confidence, and further begin to identify and make progress in achieving their goals. I believe that treatment should not be conducted as a one size fits all approach; instead I desire to work in collaboration with clients to identify and progress in achievement of client specific goals through therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence based treatment and therapeutic modalities.
I have completed training and have experience in various forms of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Ego State Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and more; I utilize material from the Hope Restored Marriage Intensive Program provided by Focus on the Family, The Gottman Institute, and more.
