I feel it is an honor to work with individuals to find what they are seeking in coming to therapy. I find that therapy is intimidating to a lot of people, and I strive to make people feel comfortable in their therapy journey. I have been practicing for approximately 15 years and continue to love serving others with whom I have the pleasure to work. I love working with individuals who want to make a change for themselves. Sometimes, you don't even know what kind of change you are seeking, but you know you want something more. I enjoy working with people who feel overwhelmed for stuck and need support in working to meet their goals.
In our initial appointment, you will be able to share your goals for our time, for us to determine a game plan to reach those goals. Whether you need a space for yourself to be authentic and open, seek new coping skills, or look to address issues in relationships, I strive to meet you where you are, and we build a plan as a team.
I am open and direct with people and provide support through open communication. I provide space for you to be verbal and open with thoughts and feelings, while I actively listen and provide feedback to work toward your goals.
