Now accepting new clients via telehealth. I support clients ages 15-45 who want to feel more grounded, confident, and clear in their lives and relationships. I work with anxiety, ADHD, peer and family stress, school and career pressures, and life transitions such as college, early adulthood, parenting shifts, and co-parenting after separation. Many of my clients are juggling multiple roles and expectations while managing high stress and complex family dynamics. I also provide couples counseling focused on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening connection.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and motivational techniques to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll work at your pace to build confidence and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
