As a therapist, I thrive to help others achieve their goals, understand their diagnosis, and provide psychoeducation on navigating challenges. I am most experienced with those aged 6-50 who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, communication, family issues, divorce, intimacy, stress, and struggling with life transitions. I help children specifically who have ADHD and/or Anxiety, which includes navigating peer relationships. I also have extensive background in those diagnosed with Epilepsy and Autism. I am ready to work with those navigating new medical diagnosis aside from Epilepsy such as PCOS, Diabetes, Cancer, and more!
I provide a supportive atmosphere for my clients that is tailored to their personality. This a non-judgmental environment where hurdles are accepted, making mistakes, and growing as individuals. I work with pre-teens, teenagers and adults with various needs. I have multiple approaches, and it is important to work together and include your strengths.
