About
Are you hurting, feeling tired, lost or stuck, or perhaps struggling with a personal issue or in your relationship? With compassion, hope and inspiration, I want to help guide you in overcoming past and current issues to make your future happier and healthier. Therapy is a journey that evolves with us working together toward common goals and exploring issues to promote your growth and healing. Together, we will develop useful techniques and insightful feedback for changing what can be changed, and learning to cope with what can't.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience providing psychotherapy for individual, relationship and family issues. Therapy will help you to see things from a different perspective, work through emotional issues that may be keeping you stuck, and learn healthier ways of behaving and interacting with others.
Together we can explore your issues, establish goals and develop a plan of action, all within a safe and nurturing environment. PLEASE CALL to speak with me personally, and let me know how I can help you!
