As a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist, I have expertise in both therapy and assessment, which provides me with a unique perspective on underlying reasons for behaviors and appropriate interventions. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their perspectives, values, and experiences, and provide a non-judgmental space, which I see as essential components to working together. Through research-informed, person-centered assessments, I am able to pin point an individual's strengths and needs, providing diagnostic clarity, self understanding, and personalized recommendations for treatment and/or educational planning.
I also provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and parent coaching. Additionally, I offer Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), a parent based treatment for child anxiety and OCD, and provide assessment-informed consultation to help identify appropriate tools to support your child's development.
My goal is to help you and/or your child learn new skills and identify appropriate interventions to move past obstacles and thrive. I bring a warm and compassionate approach to all of my work, and I am honored to work and grow alongside individuals and families that I have had the opportunity to support.
