I work with individuals, couples, and polycules navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, intimacy concerns, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and identity exploration. Many clients come seeking stronger connections, greater self-understanding, or support in healing from past experiences. Through a collaborative, affirming, and client-centered approach, I help clients build insight, strengthen communication, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, connected, seen, heard, and ultimately more confident in moving forward.
Common modalities I incorporate into my practice include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as attachment-based approaches, I offer affirming, evidence-based care tailored to each of my client's unique needs and goals.
Life can be complicated! Therapy is a space to slow down and work through what's getting in the way. Whether you're facing relationship concerns, intimacy challenges, or the impact of past experiences, I aim to work collaboratively with you to help you gain insight, build skills, and move forward with confidence.
