I am a trans and queer therapist who is passionate about creating an open, healing space for clients to share their own unique story, learn more about their minds, and face life's challenges with confidence. I have 4 yrs of practice history with a wide range identities and diagnoses. I work with clients presenting with combination anxiety, depression, grief, bipolar disorder(s), ADHD, autism, and more. Much of my work aims to create space for my LGBTQIA+ clients explore identity as well as processing the lived and social experience of queerness.
My biggest goal is always to find a way to make therapy work for you. I believe in the power of storytelling as a way to organize our thoughts and experiences into shapes we can better understand. I enjoy helping my clients learn more about their brain and why it does the things it does— especially its habits that frustrate us the most!
