For 10 years, I’ve supported those who struggle with daily stressors, mental illness and addictions. My experience ranges from working with teens to adults by using a variety of therapeutic techniques. I have assisted clients, both individually and in groups, with struggles ranging from anger management, substance abuse and relapse prevention, stress and anxiety, depression, abuse, daily stressors, and a variety of severe mood disorders.
