My name is Casey Wallis and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I provide teletherapy for adults 18 and up in the state of Kansas. I support clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. I integrate different strategies I have found to be helpful to clients, but some of the main ways I help are through Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parts Work, and Emotion Focused Individual Therapy.
I love supporting clients in making positive change in their lives, whether that is overcoming big experiences that are holding them back or making day-to-day changes that add up to a big impact. I take time to get to each client and I tailor my approach to therapy depending on each person's needs and goals.
I take a collaborative approach to goal-setting, working with clients to determine what needs to change and how we are going to get there. I share insights that I have gained to lend support, but it is important to me that you have a voice and a say in the steps we are going to take together.
