My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore these patterns, understand where they come from, and begin reshaping them into healthier, more supportive ways of living. My approach to counseling is holistic. Healing often involves not just individual growth, but also understanding the systemic nature of our relationships—how family, community, and key connections can empower us or keep us feeling stuck.
Together, we will identify the areas where you feel powerless and begin to develop strategies that help you regain balance, connection, and strength. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, perspective, and support as you create meaningful change in your life.
