I believe in making the most of the time in our lives, with the people in our lives, even when those experiences are clouded by inevitable challenges. Often, it’s difficult to reflect on what exactly we need to thrive in each season of life-thats where I come in. Everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life & therapy is a powerful tool in that journey. It takes setting goals, gaining insight into patterns in our lives, exploring solutions, and changing our habits & behaviors to fully achieve wellness.
In addition to providing customized individual therapy for each client, and psychological and educational evaluations, I specialize in supporting families reorganizing due to transition or conflict through coparenting and mediation work. Sessions can be held in my office, at your home or in the community, and virtually based in each clients needs.
Growing and connecting through therapy is not just a job, but a passion. I truly care for each client and work hard to meet their needs and collaborate with others in their life, as needed. During and after sessions, I am an advocate and supporter of my clients, hoping they hold onto our one hour together and make the most of the other 167 hours in the week.
