If life is feeling overwhelming, you are in the right place. If the relationships in your life are feeling stagnant and you need help finding and implementing new ways of being, you are in the right place. I help individuals and couples work through unhealthy cycles so they can have healthier relationships. And when necessary, I help people work through separation, divorce, and coparenting. My counseling background includes working with adults who are dealing with marital/relationship conflict, parenting/co-parenting issues, divorce, sexuality, anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with neurodivergent issues.

I start from a Solution Focused Therapy approach, which focuses on self reflection and solution seeking for current problem areas. We will also access enneagram personality information to inform areas of maladaptive behavior and guide our sessions. Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are often used as well related to trauma and false beliefs.
