Our most trying times are when we need comfort and connection the most, but they can often be times when we feel the most alone and unheard. Our goal is to honor and alleviate these pains by listening to what they have to tell us. Through the process of connection, you can develop the rich, fulfilling life you deserve. I specialize in working with couples/partnerships, LGBTQIA+ people, Trans and gender-expansive people, women, and the loved ones of problematic substance users. Let's work together to nurture a life you love.

I provide couples/partnership therapy and family therapy for adults, individual therapy, and group therapy to create a space of nonjudgmentalness and trust. I am gender-affirming and sexuality-affirming. My experience includes treating anxiety, depression, trauma history, codependency, addiction and the impact of substance use on families.
