I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist committed to helping individuals improve emotional wellness, navigate life’s challenges, and achieve meaningful personal growth. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and major life transitions, helping them develop healthy coping skills, emotional resilience, and greater self-awareness in order to create lasting and positive change.
