I can be a safe space for you to face challenges of life without judgment. I am solution focused and take an eclectic approach to get you back to your best self. I primarily use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to treat distorted thinking, challenge core beliefs, and manage and regulate emotions.
