Life can be challenging, and everyone can benefit from extra support at times. I offer compassionate, creative, evidence-based care for those navigating trauma, anxiety, or depression. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. My intention is to be a companion along your journey, listening deeply and offering reflections and empowerment to help you overcome issues and obstacles to wellness. I believe in the connection of body, mind, and spirit and am comfortable working with spiritual issues as well as those of everyday life.

My integrative approach blends evidence-based treatment with creative practices, tailored to each client. With a background in molecular biology and neuroscience research, I offer brain-based trauma-processing techniques such as EMDR, Brainspotting, and Flash as well as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and creative expressive practices.

I maintain a deep curiosity and dedication to ongoing learning, which enhances my ability to provide effective and informed care. In addition to my professional work, I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, and occasionally teaching the sport of fencing! I look forward to the opportunity to work with you on your journey to feeling better.
