I’ve had extensive experience within the holistic health field and that has carried over to my work as a counselor where I look at someone as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms. You and your story as a whole picture will be accounted for here. Life is hard and I want you to know you have the choice to not be alone amidst the complexities.
I myself have had my own mental health struggles, particularly suffering from years of an eating disorder that I was lucky enough to receive adequate treatment for.
