I have worked with children and adolescents who are on the Autism Spectrum for several years, including those who are non-verbal. I have experience using ABA techniques, and I'm a Registered Behavioral Technician. I use cognitive-behavioral-based skills, along with mindfulness practice and assertiveness coaching.

Coffee Tea and Autism Connecting Adults
This is a support group for adults (18+) who are on the Autism Spectrum to gain support and life skills. This group provides only telehealth therapy. Every month on the third week of the month, we go over topics of daily struggles this population faces. We are located on Facebook to gain more information about our group. Our support group is located on Zoom.
