I offer depth-oriented, analytic psychotherapy for individuals who want to engage in meaningful psychological exploration. My work is grounded in a deep, relational process that illuminates unconscious patterns by exploring symbolic expressions of the psyche, dreamwork, and complexes. Psychotherapy with me honors the past, but it is forward-looking: consciousness becomes a catalyst for movement, agency, and change. Together we will work to understand longstanding patterns and create new possibilities in how you live, relate, and experience yourself.
I also offer depth-oriented couples therapy that explores the unconscious, emotional, and symbolic patterns driving relationship issues. I am currently an Analyst Candidate in training at the C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles.
