Others have been managing symptoms for years and are finally ready to try something different. With 20 years in mental health, I've sat with people through just about every version of hard. I work with individuals, couples, and families virtually across Missouri. My practice is a space where all of who you are is welcome, whether that includes your faith, your identity, or both.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, eating disorders, OCD, and relationship challenges. My approach draws on CBT, trauma-focused CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and the Gottman Method. I tailor what we do to you, not the other way around.
