I have worked in various environments such as Jails, Schools, Hospitals, and Addiction Treatment Centers. I have experience with adolescents, adults, pervasive illness, Schizophrenia Spectrum, Bipolar Disorder, Mood Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, Grief and Loss, Caretakers, Autism Spectrum, LGBTQ, Sex Positive and Kink Allied, and meditation. I am trained in CBT, REBT, CPT and LEAP and I use a variety of different styles and techniques to help clients live their best life.
I have a mind, body, and spirit approach to counseling. I provide a judgement free zone and welcome those from all faiths and walks of life. I meet you wherever you are at. My goal is to help you plant and grow the seeds of change.
I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. Through Telehealth, I can see anyone as long as they reside in Texas. I work Tuesday-Saturday and have some evening sessions available.
