I work with adults who want to live a meaningful life that isn’t dominated by shame, insecurity, and other forms of suffering. To achieve this, I help clients connect with their wisdom, self-compassion, and vitality to live better lives outside the therapy room. Issues I address in my practice include trauma, mood and anxiety, relationship struggles, substance use, life transitions, gender and sexuality, and identity exploration. I believe we all struggle to deal with various types of pain, but with support and compassion, it is possible to live a life liberated from suffering.

I view clients as complex individuals, not as collections of problems and diagnoses. I use evidence-based models tailored to each person's values and life context, including mindfulness, psychodynamic, somatic, EMDR, and experiential approaches. I am especially passionate about helping clients untangle from complex trauma, shame, and internalized oppression.
