I am a resident in counseling with over 15 years of experience working with diverse populations in the mental health field experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and stress. I earned my bachelor's degree from Longwood University studying Psychology and then my master's degree through Capella University for Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I utilize therapeutic approaches and interventions which include Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Internal Family Systems (Parts Work) Trauma Processing, Solution-focused techniques, and a variety of other evidence based therapeutic interventions, that will fit and meet your individual needs on your journey towards wellness.
