They want clarity, calm, and confidence while staying true to themselves. Together, we work toward balance and lasting emotional relief.

I offer trauma-informed therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you process painful experiences, reduce anxiety, and feel grounded again. I also provide perinatal counseling and clinical supervision for LPC-Associates seeking ethical, supportive mentorship as they grow their clinical and professional confidence.

Starting September 3rd, 2024 Lindsey Gurk (www.getyourpinkback.com) started up Get Your Pink Back, an inspirational clothing line created around the concept that flamingos, both male and female, can actually lose their pink coloring while raising their young because so much of their food and energy goes to their chicks. But, eventually they get it back. You will start to get the color of pink back after having your own baby/babies.. We will discuss things you used to enjoy, things you enjoy now, self-care, and how to get time back for you to enjoy those things.
