There are times in all of our lives when we could use some extra support. Sometimes discussing issues with family members and friends can be challenging and uncomfortable. Feeling hurt, misunderstood, angry, and confused are all normal emotions that each of us feel. Struggling with addiction, mental health issues, and the stress that comes with every-day life can put strains on our relationships, finances, and self-esteem. My goal is to assist in providing you with hope, guidance, perspective, and professional insight.
Since 2008, I have provided group, individual, family, and couple's counseling in numerous settings. Earning a Master's degree from the University of Scranton provided me with the education to match my work experience. I use numerous therapeutic techniques in my approach to counseling, but primarily focus on psychoanalysis and motivational interviewing.
I am available to meet with children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to individual counseling, I offer couples and family counseling services.
