Welcome! I focus on and prioritize the holistic view of the person, always taking into consideration the family, community, and larger overall view of someone's life. I hold passion for creating a safe environment that helps empower client's to utilize their strengths while holding them accountable and challenging them objectively, without judgment. This means I am LGBTQ+ affirming, understanding of marginalized communities, and trauma informed. I have experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and families and am open to working with any and all of the above.
I have experience working with a variety of concerns including mood disorders, substance use disorders, family and relationship issues, clients with a history of abuse and trauma, and gender and sexuality concerns. I utilize an eclectic approach of therapies in order to meet each client where they are at so that they can find their happiest, healthiest self.
Often, reaching out and asking for help is one of the largest hurdle to overcome. I encourage everyone I meet to build an understanding that it is okay to not be okay. If you are struggling and in need of a supportive, listening ear, I am currently accepting new clients in person and virtually! Reach out to our office, I look forward to hearing from you!
