About
Does it feel like the situation you are in will never change? Well, I'm here to offer you some hope - with a little guidance and support I believe that it is possible to find harmony in this chaotic world. I specialize in working with resistant youth and their families, as well as folks who haven't found the right therapy 'fit'. I offer a nonjudgmental, openminded and supportive space where clients can explore their inner worlds and family systems, find their authentic voices, heal past wounds, establish boundaries, and ask for what they need - in turn creating healthy relationships with themselves and the people in their lives.
I offer an alternative therapeutic approach called Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy that I pair with internal parts work (IFS). Healing is possible through the power of self awareness, acceptance, compassion, presence and breath. Myself and the horses offer a space where clients can explore their inner world and all the parts that make them who they are.
Healing doesn't have to be hard and I'm here to help show you what's possible. Please reach out with any questions you may have regarding this unique therapeutic healing approach. We will connect via phone or email and set up a time to meet the horses and each other. If it feels right, we will get you back to a place of more joy, connection, and harmony.
