About
We all have the need to be understood, valued, and supported just as we are right now. Healing comes from having a safe place to share your struggles and fears without judgment. I use compassion and empathy to support individuals, couples and families. I believe each person has a unique lived experience and a therapist is there to support and guide people to live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life. I have advanced training and specialize in working with couples, adolescents and people who've experienced trauma. I believe that our relationships are a central component in our health.
With empathy, compassion, and support people are able to navigate through life's challenges and achieve overall health and a meaningful life. We work together to support you in finding a life that is healthy and meaningful to you based on your values, your connections, and your beliefs.
The most important part of therapy is creating a space where you feel like you are heard and valued from a position of compassion and understanding. I believe my role is to support clients in better understanding themselves and what they need to be healthy and happy.
