I specialize in trauma, chronic illness and/or medical invalidation, ADHD, women’s mental health, Veterans, and multiculturally informed practice. I am comprehensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and DBT Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE). I also draw from CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness.
