About
Welcome! A fundamental part of my practice is the belief that creating a safe place where one can express themself freely and honestly is conducive to healing. I intend to walk alongside you and offer support and guidance to help you gain a sense of peace and control. You may be experiencing depression, anxiety, substance abuse and other problems that are affecting your relationships, career, physical health and friendships. Through listening and applying different therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, I hope to help you find relief and solutions to current pains and past traumas.
I am a dedicated and passionate therapist with 9 years of experience working with people who struggle with emotional dysregulation, women's issues, divorce/separation, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, codependency and trauma.
Everyone's process is different, and I intend to tailor interventions to meet your needs, while encouraging you to try new skills. You are the most valuable part of this process and I believe you have the answers. It's my privilege to guide you along the path to finding them. I'm looking forward to hearing from you about scheduling an initial appointment.
