I help families like yours build practical tools to manage anxiety, reduce perfectionism, and cope with the emotional toll of demanding schedules and expectations. I offer a warm and supportive space to build coping skills to take back your time, energy, and peace of mind.

I specialize in anxiety & obsessive compulsive disorder, particularly for kids, teens, & young adults. I practice Exposure and Response Prevention to reduce symptoms of OCD. My therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy. I'm certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) & Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
