My therapy approach is person-centered and solution-focused. I also rely heavily on motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to assist clients with making desired changes.

I believe that it is important to meet a client where he or she is in order to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship. It is not until that trust is established that the true work can begin.
