I utilize experiential therapy methods such as Internal Family Systems and Post Induction Therapy to help clients look inward and see what is really driving behaviors. Irritability, self-medicating, consistent anger, uncertainty at work, relationship issues, and trouble connecting with your kids are just some of the signs that something is off. Sometimes our needs get put on the back burner as we continue to take on more responsibility and pressure. Eventually, you can't carry it all anymore. I can walk the journey of self discovery with you. I know the path to healing but it is your journey.
My primary focus is adults that are interested in understanding and breaking their relational patterns from childhood so that they can live fully and authentically. I believe a lot of things can be healed by looking at how we form relationships with the people and things that are important to us, most importantly the relationship you have with yourself.
By adding me to your team you can start gaining insight capacity and, with some work, you can regain control of your life and be the kind of person you deserve to be. We call this Self Leadership.
