My name is Casey Gibbs. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or neurodivergence. Some of my clients are first responders, military members, and high-performing professionals, but you do not need a high-intensity story to belong here. My approach helps clients understand their patterns, build steadiness, process what’s weighing on them, and move toward lives and relationships that feel more grounded, connected, and sustainable with more self-trust.
I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy grounded in trust, safety, and honest connection. My background as a flight medic, deputy sheriff, and firefighter gives me firsthand insight into high-stress environments, trauma, and the weight people carry. I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, loss, burnout, life transitions, and neurodivergence.
