Dealing with life can be difficult without adding the struggles of anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma. These struggles can lead to relationship issues, feeling as if you are lost, or like you are just spinning out of control. My specialties include PTSD, trauma, life transitions, relationship conflicts, and social anxieties. I have worked with a diverse population to include LGBTQIA2S+/Queer, Military, and Veterans. I have helped people exposed to domestic violence, sexual trauma, and religious trauma. I am comfortable with people in nontraditional relationships/lifestyles.
I utilize a strength-based and trauma-focused perspective while applying a mixture of styles/modalities like EMDR, DBT, ACT, CPT, MI, Integrative Couples Therapy, and Integrative Couples and Sex Therapy Informed to best meet your needs.
