I will do my very best to help you sort it out and get you feeling more satisfied with your life!
I attended the University of Louisville, where I earned my Master’s in Social Work. I’ve worked with children, teens and adults across the lifespan in both hospital and outpatient settings. This experience shaped my belief that meaningful change happens through connection in a space where people feel safe to show up as they are.
I’m here to figure it out with you. Before we focus on changing anything, I want to get to know and understand you as a person. I don’t believe there’s one simple fix for every problem, because we all move through life differently. Therapy should feel supportive and centered around what actually fits you and your life.
