Do you want to be supported as you undertake the vital and very human project of exploring and growing? I'm a white, queer, gender-expansive West Coaster with a background in writing and theater, which has given me a deep interest in the human experience and the ways we endeavor to become our best selves. I was drawn to therapy to support people in discovering and using their strengths to reach that goal. I provide an affirming space for LGBTQ+ folks to gain renewed self-compassion and authenticity by better understanding themselves and how past traumas and negative messaging might be impacting one's sense of self and possibility.
Our work together might look at challenges related to sexuality, gender identity and expression, grief and loss, life transitions, coming out, or self-esteem. I'm also a sex- and kink-positive therapist with a background in working with clients in ENM or poly relationship. You can expect a collaborative atmosphere where trust, safety, and curiosity prevail.
